Boys’ & Girls’ Brigade Ministry
The BB Object
The Object of The Boys’ Brigade shall be the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom among Boys and the promotion of habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-Respect and all that tends towards a true Christian Manliness.
The GB Aim
The Girls’ Brigade International Aim is to help girls become followers of the Lord Jesus Christ and through self-control, reverence and a sense of responsibility to find true enrichment of life.
The Boys’ Brigade (BB) and The Girls’ Brigade (GB) are Christian-based uniformed youth organisations which operate in schools as Co-Curricular Activities (CCA). Living Praise Presbyterian Church has been supporting the 5J Singapore BB Company and the 28th(P) Singapore GB Company for many years. Through devotions, activity-based learning, badge-work, drill, community service, life-skills, etc., the Officers and Teachers of the BB & GB hope to nurture our Boys and Girls with Christian values and develop each Boy and Girl to his or her fullest potential by equipping, empowering and enabling them to lead and serve.
